Tax: SariKo withholds only 1.5% per paid order for tax residents, or 2% for non residents, and files it for you.

Pricing tip: many sellers list about 15% above their Facebook price. Buyers pay a little more for secure checkout and delivery booked for them.

What does the commission pay for?

Your storefront, secure VNPay checkout with the gateway fees covered by SariKo, Lalamove delivery booking, tax filing on your behalf, and reaching new buyers. No sales in a month means no commission that month.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Zen Tech Asia Co., Ltd. (MST 0316852554), which operates SariKo at sariko.store. Contact: poppet@sariko.store.

2. Fees and payouts

Commission by plan: Community 19%, Tindahan 17%, Negosyo 15%, Enterprise 13%. Founding Sellers get 4 months of subscription free on any paid plan, starting the day SariKo opens, a commission rate locked for life at 17% or their plan's rate, whichever is lower, and a Founding Seller badge. VNPay gateway fees are covered by SariKo. Payouts are sent to your Vietnam bank account every Tuesday, for orders completed by the Sunday before.

3. Your part

List only goods you are allowed to sell (SariKo is for goods, not services). Give accurate descriptions and prices in VND. Follow Vietnam food safety rules. Respond to new orders within 4 hours. Keep orders that come through SariKo on SariKo. You are free to keep promoting your store anywhere, including Facebook groups.

4. Identity and taxes

Before your store goes live you provide your ID (CCCD, or for foreigners a passport plus visa or residence card) and Vietnam bank details. A Vietnam tax code is optional. You only need one once your yearly sales pass the threshold set by law, and we will tell you if you reach it. As Decree 252/2026 requires of every ecommerce platform in Vietnam, SariKo withholds tax on each paid order and pays it to the tax office for you. SariKo withholds only 1.5% of each paid order if you are a tax resident, or 2% if you are a non resident. Nothing else is taken for tax. Your residency status is confirmed at onboarding. Tax is never taken on unpaid orders, and refunds reverse it. You may also have tax obligations in the Philippines.

5. Your data

SariKo collects your contact details, identity documents, bank details and order records to run your account, pay you, and meet legal reporting duties under Decree 13/2023.

6. Disputes

SariKo mediates disputes between buyers and sellers within 72 hours. Disputes between you and SariKo go to VIAC arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, in English, under the laws of Vietnam.

7. Leaving

You can close your account anytime. SariKo can end the agreement with 14 days notice, or immediately for fraud or a serious breach. Money owed for completed orders is always paid.
